1. What OEM/ODM services do you provide?
We manage the entire process, from factory selection and sample development to production, export documents, and shipping.
2. What is your minimum order quantity?
The standard MOQ is approximately 5,000 units per SKU. Selected products may be available from 1,000 units.
3. Do you provide free samples?
Yes. Your first formula sample is free. Shipping or special material costs may apply, and we will inform you in advance.
4. Can you develop a product based on my target product?
Yes. Send us a product link, photo, or sample. We will develop the closest technically feasible formula.
5. Can the formula be customized?
Yes. We provide a custom formula based on your requirements.
